Our vast range of over 150 pieces of equipment were all uniquely designed for us and imported from the USA. That’s why we offer our members a personal trainer and bespoke training plan as part of their membership, to ensure that your journey gets off to the best possible start. We will walk you through all of our facilities and how they work, to make sure that you are fully comfortable using all of our equipment safely. What’s more, we can recommend the best classes to join, how much cardio to do and much more, based on your own fitness levels and goals. On the other hand, if you are already a dab hand at the gym and know exactly what you are doing, then we are more than happy for you to get going straightaway, just know our advice and assistance is always on hand if you need it.
