The Pit is only next door to the gym, but it is worlds apart. This area is set up specifically for functional training including Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, running and so much more. This area is for anyone that really wants to push their physical and mental limits. Kitted out with fantastic equipment and an indoor 60m sprint track, The Pit is a force to be reckoned with. The Pit will make you stronger, faster and more powerful, which is great if you want to take your sport to the next level, or if you are just looking for everyday training.
